Where is everyone? Heidi, when do you leave? Jrsy, when do you leave? Marcie is a newlywed so I will give her a break for not posting.

I had the Eagles concert last Thursday night. It was so great! They played for 3 hours. I had to work on Friday though so I was pretty beat. I also had to work this weekend so I haven't completely caught up on sleep yet. One more day and then I am off for a few.

The kids both have their continuation ceremonies this week and then Friday is Jake's birthday. He his having a couple of kids over Sat to go to the movies and spend the night. The parties seem to get easier as they get older. Less kids and a slumber party is all they seem to want.

The wind has been terrible lately. Saturday it blew over the basketball hoop and broke the backboard. Today when I came home there was a HUGE limb laying in the backyard next to the porch. Glad Max wasn't under the tree. Brad will have to get out there tomorrow or sometime with the chainsaw and cut it up to get rid of it.

Cristi - We leave this Sunday! Jake's birthday is a day before mine!! Does he know what movie he wants to see? This weekend is going to be kind of crazy for us. Thursday is my last day of work before vacation, that night my mom and I are going down to the campground and then Friday it will just be us so I am sure we will find plenty of fun things to get in to! Saturday is my birthday and we have to come back up to Denver for my cousin's graduation at Fiddler's Green. I am sure after the graduation and lunch I will be rushing around to stores trying to buy stuff that the girls forgot to pack!!! Sunday morning we leave for Florida!!!

I'm here now. We have been so busy with the new house. I put a down payment on a big oblong above ground pool and we are going to build a deck around it. We still have so much to do.

Jeff Dunham is coming here in a couple of weeks, I really want to go.

So, Heidi, you are spending your birthday at a graduation and shopping? You better do something fun, too. I recommend a trip on the blues bus.

We leave on Tuesday, one week from today. Flying into Philly, spending the first night there, then touring Eastern States Penitentiary (of Ghost Hunters fame) before driving out to Hershey. Will probably arrive too early to check in at our hotel, so we'll visit The Hershey Story museum and maybe eat at our favorite restaurant from back when we used to visit there every year. Wednesday night we get a 2.5 hour free "preview" at HersheyPark since we have tickets for the next day. Thursday and Friday will be HP all day. Saturday morning Tammy has her spa treatment at The Hotel Hershey Spa, then we head toward Lancaster for the day. Sunday we head back to Philly and plan to visit Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell at the very least. My cousin might come meet up with us on Sunday night, then we fly out on Monday.

Also, Tammy learned recently that Alex has the entire week off for Thanksgiving this year, for the first time. My first thought was, "We could go to Disneyland!" So guess what we're planning to do! The plan is to head out on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, then fight the airport mayhem to make it back to CO in time for turkey.

Cristi, TWO continuations, yikes! Tell Jake Happy Birthday from us! My computer randomly goes over our pictures for a screen saver and I turned on the computer and saw the cutest picture of Rachel. I will have to chase it down and send it to you.

Marcie - Sounds like a nice pool, my SIL has an above ground pool at her house in FL and loves it.

Jrsy - Sounds like a fun 30th birthday, huh!!!! Too bad the shopping won't even be for me! Wish the Blues Bus would come and take me away. My parents gave me my present early so I was able to enjoy it this past weekend! Chris also gave me Super Mario Bros for the Wii and I have spent a lot of time on sunday playing it!! Have a fun trip because you will be gone before I come back.

Just saw the weather for Friday....more wind, YUCK!

Jrsy, your trip sounds fun. That is cool that you have Thanksgiving off this year. Our kids had the whole week off last year for the first time ever and of course I had to work Thanksgiving. This year I think they are back to doing the day before and after off.

I think Jake wants to see Prince of Persia or Shrek. I still haven't even bought him anything yet. I am such a bad mom (or maybe it is just a busy mom). I will be heading out tomorrow to see what I can find for him. Good thing I am off the rest of the week.
