Cranberry & Pineapple Continued.....Again.

I bet Heidi can help with that one Selena. I bet she did something on her last cruise with the girls.

I have posted hints a couple of times now. The first time I mentioned that my DD is 17 or will be as well and said something about maybe the girls can hang out together. No reply. I posted again yesterday about since there are so many girls around the same age and if we have a meet do you think the girls will come? After that I do not know what else to do. I just do not want parents to think I am a internet stalker of young girls. lol

Selena - All I did was say that my DD's were 12 and were looking to meet some friends before we go on the cruise and to pm me if any of their kids were interested in emailing each other before the cruise. I got several replies back, but then again it was here on the Dis where I think some people are a little more friendly. The girls ended up talking to these girls more on email than on the ship and more afterwards...lol!

I forgot to tell you guys, LuLu got married to Rob on Saturday at WDW. Here is a pic from her facebook page that one of her friends posted:

Jrsy, I like Crush's answer to Alex's question. He was lucky to get Tigger!

Heidi, love the pic of Lulu and Robbie!

Jrsy - How cool that Alex got the drawing of Tigger! Sounded like a great trip. Chris and I wait and ask to ride in the front of California Screamin, it is the best seat!

Sandy, before Crush answered Alex, he put his head against his fins and was shaking it, saying "Dude...mermaids are, like, totally mythological..."

When we were there in December, Tammy's mom got the animator's drawing of Mickey in a Santa hat because he said she looked like she was having a lot of fun. She had it framed and gave it to Alex for Christmas. I think he knew if he sat dead center, front row and made it clear that Tigger was his favorite character, there was a good chance he'd get the drawing. Another great birthday gift that came out of this trip!

I think Tammy and Alex have been in the front seat of nearly every "roller coaster type ride" at DLR and WDW. They seem to appreciate it a lot more, so I am willing to defer to them when the opportunity comes up.

What a great guy to let them sit up front. I love the front!

CC does not have PM anymore.

One of the ladies (Gmom) on the thread replied to me and said she had boys so it opened it up again for me to say I am really hoping my DD can meet some of the 17 yo girls going. I have no clue what will happen from there.

I heard a little more from LuLu, she was a little sick but didn't let it ruin her day. She said she had a very Magical day.

Well I have had an interesting day. Today is my baby's birthday. He is 15 today. I woke at the same time. I could have slept later because I was going into work late to take the kids to the DMV. Erik to get his permit and Mac to get her unrestricted licenses. I did not waste any time but someway before I knew it, it was time for us to leave. I was in a hurry when we leave because I was leaving later than I had wanted. Things got a bit more wild with being stuck behind a car accident. We arrived at the DMV at 7:53, 7 minutes before they were to open. Only 2 cars in the lot too, with ours being the 3rd. Erik asks me about his paperwork. Which made me remember that on the way out of the door I laid his paperwork down to take my medicine. I left it at home!!!! We live 20 minutes away from the DMV. Off we go to the house. We arrive back at 8:33. Not many cars in the lot and we only had 2 people in front of us.

MacKenzie was sick yesterday with some major pains in her lower stomcah area. She gets her new licenses and those pains come back. I call the doctor and we have an appt for 11:30. Meaning I could not go to work. I could not leave her alone and Jeff was out of town. I called work and my wonderful  boss was hateful over it. I told her not to worry I would have a doctor's note.

Anyway E gets his permit. Only missed 2 on the test.

Mac goes to the doctor and is put on some antibotics. What a day. I feel like I have ran around crazy all day. Twice to town, once to school, to the doctor, twice to CVS and once to the bank.

Wish I had a glass of wine to relax with.

Wow Selena, you did had a crazy day. How is Mac feeling today? What did the doctor say it was? Did your work give you grief today?

Poor Selena, that was a day and a half. Good grief, could anything else go wrong? How is Mac feeling? Good for Eric, great test score. Love what you told work about not to worry, you would have a Dr note. Good for you!

Ted and I took off for 3 days and stayed in an Embassy Suites. It was really a nice time. We toured around Colorado Springs. We werent' sure if we would be bored or not since we have been in Co Spgs several times but we found things to do.

It's beginning to snow here. How's your weather, Selena?

Snow wow!! Monday thru Friday we had the benefits of the hurricane that was in the Gulf earlier on Monday. Loads of rain and flooding here. Cool but not really cold. The rain made it feel colder.

Today we woke up for a sunny day. It has been awesome weather. Sunny and 70!!! We cleaned and opened the windows to air out the house. Awesome!

Jrsy - my parents were awesome and dropped off some Dunkin Donuts at my house today! I love that place!

Selena, I figured you were getting hit with the rain. Can't wait for the 70's again for us but I bet it won't be until spring.

Ted is a paid volunteer snow plow driver for the City. He was called out around 6 tonight so I am sitting around playing on the computer.
