Marcie - I learned that we had a European Facial at the spa. What they did was dig out all the blackheads with a tool, I got a cleasing mask with hot humidity thing, then a moisturizing mask, and a great neck, face and head massage.

Heidi, thanks for the info. I looked up spas around my house and I found one about 45 minutes from here that does Europen Facials. I did find a spa pretty close to me though. I told Dane getting a gift certificate there would be a cool Christmas present. I would love to get a facial and then I could decide if that's what I want on the ship. I think I am definitely not going to get a massage. Dane said he may possibly do the facial spa villa with me. If we get a facial here and don't like it then we will just save our money for a deposit on another cruise hehe. I will definitely do the rainforest room though. I am very interested in the blackhead removal and I would llike to try an eye treatment too.

Hey guys, last night I spent all night wrapping Christmas presents. But I do admit that the wrapped presents look so much better wrapped under the tree then stuffed in sacks in a corner!!!!

Marcie - the facial was so nice, and I think that for my mom and I we would say that was our favorite treatment.

Man, talk about stuffed in "sacks" (I am back east.... a bag is a bag is a bag...) However, I can relate. I have 2 HUGE black bags, 3 small bags and a whole box filled with stuff and then there are more things hidden all over. The room with my tree in it has alot of furniture (big) and I am positive we are going to have overflow!!! That will be so much fun!!! Half the stuff are Mickey clothes and things for the cruise!!!
I really need to get on checking out our spa treatments before it gets any more booked.
Tonight Amazing Race finale'. I like that show.

Hi Marcie, we cross posted. Chris and I wrapped all of his girls gifts since they will be coming over this weekend. We didn't put any names on the presents because they are sooo snoopy!!!!!

My Mom used to do that. She would number them. One year one of the numbers rubbed off and she ended up giving my brother a dress to open. Ahhh the memories of childhood Christmas.

I LOVE Amazing Race!!! I didn't think I would lioke the family thing, but it really wasn't bad. I know you will hate me, but I want the Florida team to win. I think they have been through SUCH a hard time and I just feel so bad for them. I don't know why everybody hates them SO bad. I alwas feel sorry for the underdog. UNDERDOG!!!! Hi guys,
I've been so busy here. My mom went to the hospital yesterday morning and was told she has gall stones. They said if she got worse to come back, if not keep her 8 am appt. All evening she was in severe pain. At 10:45 she couldn't take it and went to the hospital. She was admitted at 6 am and at 4 pm she had her gallbladder removed surgically. She'll be in a few more days.

It frustrating, too because she's at a hospital an hour away and my boyfriend has my car (we share my car) in PA where he's working right now (just for these 2 days) So I'm back home, getting my progress reports ready (which are due tomorrow!) and grading my tests while I haven't slept since Sunday night. I'm a little loopy and my dad and aunt went back to the hospital to be with my mom so I'm here all alone, kind of creeped out and worried and upset and my boyfriend was supposed to get home from work at 8, but he still hasn't left PA, which is at least 1 1/2 hours away from here! So I'll be here alone awhile.

Just glad she's ok, I guess. Though, apparently this is the second most painful condition excepting childbirth. I wouldn't know.

I'll catch up when I have time, but I miss you guys and I hope to talk to you soon. And I'll find the truffle recipe. Heck, I'm going to make a whole batch!

(No, this is all true, but I do NOT NEED it.....it is not life or death... I don't need to make any of the neighbors gifts... I don't need to impress them... I will just stay having no friends!!! My mom had an emergency gall bladder operation. These are those ops that you are really gladyou had them done, even if they WERE emergency, b/c if you don't have it done... I think it could be fatal. So we are all glad that is being delat with and she will be fine for the holidays.
I made my "Mickey Ship Cpuntdown Calendar" for my granddaughter at 12:30 this morning!!! Who am I fooling... I made it for me. I made days til the cruise, put Mickey things on there, put the postcard of the Magic at the end and a piece of velcro in each square.... talk about time consuming!!!! Anyway, I got a Mickey Paint Sample from our lovely Home Depot Store and cut the shape out and put velcro to the back and now we can move it closer each day!!!
Oh, Heidi.... when it comes time for cruising, if I send you pics via internet, will you post them for me? I have NO clue how to do this (number 1) and don't even know if I have all the computer accessories to do it.

Ok... another cruise question... I did book some Castaway Cay ressies but am thinking I may cancel one of them. Is there any time frame before I get a charge? I saw no more Champagne Brunch availability and am way bummed.
I got all my reunion t-shirts and all my Feb Mickey Christmas (gifts to open when my sister comes.... all are cruise related for all 11 of us!!! Just cannot wait!! Matching Mickey pjs for everyone!!!! and a ton of other goodies... Mickey ties for the guys, Tinkerbell belly rings for the girls...) all wrapped and ready. I finished my Mickey Flag and all I have to do is make the ship shaped (hahahaha ship shape... get it???) chocolates and box them up.
Marcie...was it you that said to remember some kind of Downey product?? I am so ready it is sickening.

OK guys, I guess I better get to work. I am missing a turtle form our pond and need to goon a turtle hunt. Hope I can find him... already lost too much sleep over it last night, since there was a possum out the other night.
