I had the chills that felt like pins and needles, and was sick to my stomach...I think it was my body telling me to slow down.

DW & DS both went through something liked this, as well as her parents, her sister and our niece. I have been doing everything in my power to avoid it: airborne, zicam, garlic, obsessive hand washing, etc.

I think of you every time I hear a guy with a Jersey accent... that is often down here in Florida!

Funny story (I hope)...first time I was in Florida was with my girlfriend and her family back in 1988. We stayed with her aunt and uncle who were originally from Queens. Laying in bed one morning, I could hear her aunt talking (loudly) downstairs and realized that she sounded exactly like Tyne Daly's character on Cagney and Lacey. I guess I'm lucky that I was awake and my subconscious didn't put me into a Cagney & Lacey & JrsyBoy dream.

JrsyBoy, I am doing the same. Excessive hand washing and Airborne. The little girl that I watch on Tues is so sick. And then there is Heidi.

All the talk about vacations past and present makes me want to go even more. Sept is so far away.

Selena, at our dollar store we found those stretchy bracelets with flip flops on them. As much as you have, you really don't need to buy anymore. I wish I was cruising with you guys! Tell us about Janet's anklets. I love the canvas bag idea. How is she doing the personalizing and also the jewels on the tanks? I will keep my eyes out for you for the flip flops. Size 6, only in my dream!

I need ideas for the people I babysit for. They are going on the Wonder in May. I am thinking of either giving them shipboard credit as a surprise or sending a box of goodies. Any ideas for a box for 2 adults 30 something and 2 kids, 3 & 7? Since I shipped boxes to the ship last time, I am truly addicted. I shipped to our friends staterooms and they just loved opening it to a variety of goodies.

Selena - no mine does not have batteries that I can replace, but they last forever!!! I have had my 2 pairs for 2 years and they still work great. I will still keep my eye out for you. Your cruise goody bags sound like so much fun, to bad I am not cruising with you!!!!

Well for Graci you will definitely need to get princess candy and I think you should include a pillowcase for Graci and Noah with a little note saying to drop off at Guest Services at the beginning of their voyage to get character signatures. (I noticed my cousin has hers hung up on her wall!!!) For Heather I think some of the things that Selena has are good ideas for her and for Travis put some pretzels, peanuts and beer in for him!!! Maybe you can search for DCL tips and tricks and print it out on cute paper for them to watch out for. I know there is a thread about secret tips on DCL (I can help you if you want to do this idea.)

ETA: Maybe you can add stuff to the basket that you know they will forget but others suggest to bring with an explanation like...clothes pins (to clothes the curtains), over the door shoe holder, plug behind the TV (or get an extension cord with extra outlets), "secret" verandah on Deck 7, "secret" stairs to buffet restaurant that for the life of me I cant remember, keeping luggage under the bed, alarm clock, mickey wake-up calls, etc...etc.

Heidi, those are great ideas. Bad thing is she asked for tips and I already typed some out for her. Now I am sad that I did it. You really had a great idea!! But then again, I haven't given it to them. I could "accidently" leave some out. Hmmmm.

I feel like I am so behind. BUT, I did get to read the emails on the questions. I had to laugh when I saw yours Heidi, You said that I would be the least to respond. Funny, I've been thinking I'm going to all week. But I really don't have much time. I did enjoy reading them though.

Hope everyone is doing okay. One of these days when I get away I am going shopping for a new bathing suit and some shorts. And, I'm going to look for blinking flip flops.
