Oh Jrsy I pour my bath all HOT and then got into the bathtub and dropped the nice smelling fizzy into the HOT water.

Another snow day for you, that is crazy!!!!!!! Our friend in Ohio got a foot of snow and they didn't close the schools down.

You'll be pleased to know that you look fantastic, not a flaw on you. However, I am not getting much work done as my mind is otherwise occupied. I hope someone else takes notes in the meeting I have this morning.

It is crazy and I knew you guys would get a kick out of it. It is the south they close if they hear the word snow. lol Seriously though a few years ago a high school student who lived out of district was driving to school in the snow and wrecked and it caused her death. Since then they close for anything. Nothing against her death and I could not imagine the devastion they feel and have felt but that child had no buisness driving that distance to school. I doubt I will allow Mac to drive in the snow for a while. I was not allowed until I had been driving a few years. Heck I sitll remember the first time I drove in the snow. My dad followed me from work to home. lol

So Jrsy, how did that meeting go? I have been keeping my eye out for you and the Wii fit. Like Heidi said, lots of Wii's no fits.

I went to the zoo today with the grandkids. It was a beautiful day and the kids really enjoyed it. We stayed for 4 hours.

I am a bit achy, but the extra rest helped. I probably will just keep laying around after work to try to get over it. We were supposed to go out for my birthday Saturday night but Jeri has fever now. We all have it. Aerial went to school today, but I'm worried she's going to get really sleepy on her meds. So, we'll see if she makes it all day.

Did you get everything done? It was no problem I was happy to help.

I don't remember. When I think back to it, all I can recall is smooth, fair skin and blonde hair...and I don't mean my own!

We were down at Park Meadows and I said "maybe we should just check Toys R Us, just in case they have a Wii Fit." Neither of us expected to find it, but we snagged the last one on the shelf. We probably won't have a chance to unpack it until Friday night. Tonight is the Science Expo at Alex's school.

Good for you Jrsy. Glad you found the Fit. That's how we got ours. Pretty much stumbled upon it and a wonderful Best Buy employee that actually went in the back to their "back" supply to get it. Soooo......we learned that they do hold some back.

Jrsy, this will be my 3rd time at Yellowstone and I still don't have any hints or tips for you. Sorry!

I've started looking at the lodging options. Do you have any recommendations or places to stay away from? Do you stay in the park? When are you going?

Hey. Today has been a little off for me. The kids had a 2 hour delay. Jeff could not take them. I had to take them. My school system did not have the delay. Meaning I went to work late by 2 hours. It was so nice being home this morning. I did not crawl out of bed until 7. Was awake at 630 but chose to stay in my warm bed for an extra 30 minutes. I then got up and texted in late to work. I proceeded to sweep and clean until Jeff left. Once he left I made the kids gravy and biscuits for breakfast. I then cleaned up my mess and made sure my kitchen was clean. After that I had time to really look at what to wear. I normally just pick the first thing I see and wear it. I even had the time to really work on my hair and use the straight iron like my hairdresser does. I then signed on to my work email and did a little work from home. I felt so good with all I accomplished too. I know when I get home my kitchen will be clean. The kids will be at the ortho with my dad and Jeff will not be home until 530. I will have an hour all to myself!!

Work though is what has been off for me. Once I left the house I felt like I was in a rat race. Get the kids to their schools and then myself to my school. Then since I came in late no one in the main office is talking to me. How childish? I deal with that every single time I come in late, leave early or am out of work. I can not do any work in our work program due to the snow day. Central Office has to go in and make yesterday a non school day before I can do any data entry. So I have rushed and slowed down repeatly all day. I feel so off. lol

Sandy, it sounds like you had a great time. I love the zoo. It is my chosen trip for the summer. As I mentioned before, we are all picking short things to do.

Marice I agree it is so unfair and hard on you to be sick in your worst and busiest time of the year. Get better soon. Extra hugs to you. I also hope Arieal was able to make it thru the day. Poor kid.

I forgot to address Jrsy. We are staying in our 5th wheel at Fishing Bridge campground in Yellowstone Park. It use to be for everyone but now they only allow hard side trailers due to bears. I have never stayed in a lodge (always wanted to though) so I really can't help in the lodging area. We will be there Aug 1st and leave Aug 5th.

Hey everyone! Today was such a beautiful day. It's February and I had my sunroof open today. Rachel had an ortho appt this afternoon and then Jacob's science fair is tonight. I am going to be a runner at the fair and grab all of the judging sheets. I will be there anyway so I figured I might as well help.

I went to the car wash today and injured myself. How, you ask? Well, you know it says high pressure wash? It really is HIGH pressure. I had it going in one hand and went to grab the windshield wipers with the other to squirt underneath it and my hand got zapped with the water. It actually CUT my hand. Ouch.

Thanks for the thread; I'd found another one but hadn't seen this one. I also checked over on Trip Advisor and found some good information. It looks like our company picnic is going to be August 1, so we may be going earlier in the summer. I should know for sure by next weekend, though.

I was at the carwash on the road next to the Shell station (can't remember the name of the road). I felt pretty stupid for hitting myself with the water.
