I have been beating myself up over our PC vacation in March. With the economy the way it is I just feel like we are spending a huge amount of money we should not be spending. Anyways, I have been past stressed lately. Last week was so bad I was having panic attacks. I have had them before so I know how they feel. This weekend I figured I really need this vacation so I guess I will get over spending this much money on a vacation.

In the meantime I have been doing research on excursions. I do not wish to book anything before we are at the hotel. I am looking at a excurson that you have mini speed boats. It really looks fun. I am also looking at a party boat or an ATV excursion. Horseback riding looks cool too. I might do a couple massage but those things are as expensive as they are on the ship. The excursion in PC is not cheap. I figure we can do either 2 excursion or one with a massage.

Selena - panic attacks are not good. I say you should take the vacation to PC. Heck, Chris is unemployed and we are planning our cruise vacation with the girls and our yellowstone/Canada vacation too. Sometimes you just need to get away.

Aerial is sick, she has 102 fever. I have to take her to the doctor today.

Poor Aerial. Coming from the school end there...there's a bug going around with a fever. She might have that one. Take care of the both of you.

I have to share what I think is an exremely stupid thread. It is on the Budget Board and it is titled something like We ate at the house all week....
Of course I had to reply. I was nice. But my goodness I could not believe this person thought this was special. I am not flaming her, only voicing my opinion with friends. I mean who could not eat at home all week without picking up take out or going out to dinner? I do not know your eating habits but I think anyone could eat at home and not die from the experience.
For us we rarely go out to eat. We use to but then with the kids smaller it was a hassle and now with the kids older they bicker and I am not wasting my money for what is suppose to be a stress free experience when they are going to fuss. We also normally can fix almost anything better at home, thus another reason to stay at home and enjoy a much cheaper dinner with the same if not better results. Plus what I save for not going out supports my vacation habits.

Selena - I saw that thread too, I am glad I am not the only one thinking the same thing. We rarely eat out too, the only time we usually eat out is one time a weekend when the girls come down.

Selena - I hope Aerial feels better. We have the same thing going around here at work.

Well Aerial tested positive for the flu and has bronchitis too. The more the day passes by the worse I feel too. I am getting congested. I guess I am going to skip my run tonight and just do a short walk and then set up the wii. My house is a mess too, I have been so busy. It will be nice to take it easy tonight. Did I mention I went on a date last night? A first date, we had a really nice time. He's been texting me all day today too so I guess he had fun too. I only have 1 hour of work left after being gone all morning because I have a checkup with my gastro. Crazy day.

Marcie did they put Aeiral on Tamaflu? Mac was on that a 2 years ago. She had an ear infection, step and the flu. Poor Aerial being sick with all of that just seems so unfair.

Hey my breathing exercises has been helping my anxiety. I use to take hot baths all the time. I did it when Jeff was away and once the kids were in bed. I would pour a hot bath, get a glass of wine and a bath fizzy. I did that last night. I really was able to control everything today. I actually felt good on the way home.

Selena - that is great that you can control your anxiety with breathing. A nice hot bath sounds perfect right now!!!!

The breathing only helps if I start it as soon as I feel my chest getting tight. It was not easy on Monday but Tuesday was better. Plus I have gone back on my B complex. I am going to see if this will help before trying anything else. I was very ticked at the family last night but I controlled my anxiety and my anger pretty well. I did tell Jeff I thought we had discussed these issues and he understood. Oh well, with Jeff nothing lasts long. I can tell he is trying more than he has but still trying and doing are 2 different things. He knows I do not want to go on prescript medicine again for now. Hopefully he will help me more around the house. lol

Yes, I am a bit congested in my upper chest. I'm not really coughing but it's a little hard to breathe. I did take the flu shot, so hopefully I won't get sicker then I am. I didn't end up hooking up the wii yet, I felt too bad and ended up just going to bed. Aerial finally slept all night without waking up to coughing. She was saying she hoped she could go back to school tomorrow but then almost threw up when she took her medicine, due to congestion. So, I don't think she's much better yet. The dr. gave her Tamiflu, some cough medicine and albuterol.

My date was fun. We went to Carabas, it's a nice Italian place. We ended up talking for probably an hour after we ate so decided to let the waitress have our table and went to Bufallo Wild Wings for a few drinks. I got home a little later then I wanted, around midnight, but I had a lot of fun. He called and text me all day yesterday so I guess he had fun too. I want a second date with him. He's a little younger then me, 31. He has twin 5 year old boys and a 2 year old girl. I told him he had to come play wii with me sometime.

It isn't like we've been out scouring the stores for it. We barely find the time to play the Wii as it is, with Alex being so busy lately. If you happen to see them somewhere, just give me a head's up but it isn't as big a deal at this point as it was for Alex to find Mario Kart.

Oh Jrsy I pour my bath all HOT and then got into the bathtub and dropped the nice smelling fizzy into the HOT water. Otherwise it was boring, drank a glass of wine and read 2 chapters in a book.

I love to read and for one reason or another I have not done much since reading the entire Twilight series at Thanksgiving break. It reminded me about how much reading relaxes me.

We are out of school today due to another dusting of snow. lol My vacation in March is already ruined. lol In order to be off the first 2 days (due to those now being make up days vs spring break)I am going to have to get a doctor's note which is no big deal.
