Mac and I did let up a bit but still could not help ourselves. I hope one day we are like you guys are with one another.

Did I tell you guys Mac hurt herself at school last Friday? They had a carnival and she did the iron man contest against her bff and when coming off of a slide she was slammed against a wall. The dr said she has a severe muscle strain and he is very surprised she is even able to function. She is on pain medicine and a muscle relaxer.

I am so excited. A week or two I got an email from my Dad's youngest sister. She is only about 10 years older then me. Anyway, she finally got a computer and email. Yea a little bit behind technology but I am so excited. We have been talking a good bit and today, her daughter called me. When I was 7 she was born and I would spend my summer's in Louisiana. Well, I would carry her around everywhere and she was so spoiled to me. I don't talk to my family much, I have not spoken to her since Christmas. She told me she will be 30 on June 2nd and she is depressed, well it hit me. That is the anniversary of my Dad's death. I guess i was too numb that day to remember. So, we made a promise to talk on that day, she can support me and I can tell her she's not old and the 30s are the good years. Wow 3 years already. It will be a sad day, but also a happy one for the memories of him and for the happier person I've become. He would be happy for me.

Selena, Heidi became my best friend after college. We were always very close but have become so close the last few years. You, too, will have it! I am hurting just thinking about Mac, poor thing.

Marcie, the anniversary of the deaths are hard, aren't they. Why do we dwell on it?? Nice that you have something to look forward to that day by talking to your Aunt!

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. I don't think Chris even realizes it is my birthday!! Maybe he will when he gets home from school! We will see how long it takes him to realize it, it is only on our calendar in huge letters!!!

Selena - I love having my mom as my best friend. I am so grateful for our friendship. Poor Mac, it sounds so painful.

I didn't work Thursday or Friday because I had a headache. Went downtown for a while on Saturday and came back filling sick, thought it was food poisoning as I was throwing up all night Saturday. Sunday took it easy and laid around the house. Chris suprised me with a massage yesterday morning and then slept for 3 hours. I was feeling better and met my parents and they took me out for my birthday dinner. Started feeling icky again and went to be early. This morning still have painful stomach cramps and feel sick to my stomach, I think the stress has gotten to me. Luckily I work 1/2 day today so I can go home to relax.
