Today Tyler and Joey are coming over to trick or treat since they missed out due to the hospital. I am looking forward to it. After that we are headed to my brothers for a birthday BBQ. Thank goodness for nice weather.

Hi guys. I have been thinking about you guys alot this weekend.

Each of you have been in my very detailed prayers.

I love you guys. You know I had never really done the get to know people on a thread deal until this. I mean really get to know people. lol I had posted on a few roll calls and I had made a friend on another board but we have never really posted together.

Then with that crap that happened a year ago I was so turned off to it all. But you guys have always been there for me. I hope in some small way I am able to be there for you guys.

I have had this awful headache all weekend long. Jeff seems to think it is from the accident. It was so bad today I was sick on my stomach. However it was not a migraine. Just a real sharp pain at the back of my skull. Jeff used some gel stuff he bought on a cruise after having a massage. It helped some.

Why do I always have to be sick on the weekends??

I've had a headache all weekend but, I know mine is allergy related -- it has been really warm this weekend. DH gave me one of his zomig's and I felt ALOT better!

Selena - you have always been there for me. Have you ever tried Biofreeze? Chris's massage therapist made him buy it to use on my neck for when I get really bad headaches and it seems to help a lot. Get the spray so it is not messy!!!

I didn't get pictures of the kids in their costume because my camera battery was dead, I am hoping my mom got some pictures too!!

Looking forward to the Mousefest cruise in a month, but hope to plan a longer cruise for the summer time.

Selena, I love our group of friends and I am so glad you are part of it.

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was pretty quiet. Aerial was at her Dad's and I got a lot of rest. I was so glad when she got home, so there would be more noise in my house. Shawn did end up coming over Saturday night and we watched The Invisible. Anyone ever see it? It was a pretty good movie.

I can't believe Thanksgiving is in 2 weeks.

My cousins are going to kill Chris!!!

Story:
My aunt and uncle are out of town helping my aunt's mom move from Kansas to Texas. I am in charge of making sure they are okay, make it to school and no parties!!! We hung out with them all afternoon yesterday so that Chris could play with my cousins new Xbox 360. We asked them what time they have to leave the house for school, and they said they leave at 7:00. This morning Chris got in his car and saw that the time was 7:00 so he thought he would go check on them and drive by. When you drove by he noticed my boy cousin's car was still out there so Chris stopped and was ringing the doorbell. My girl cousin answered the door and Chris asked why she wasn't dressed and that they should be leaving for school now and asked if my boy cousin was awake, which he wasn't awake. My girl cousin said that it was only 6:00 and Chris argued with her and said it was 7:00, um ya Chris forgot to change his clock in his car for daylight savings!!!

Jon and I spent this morning going over paint, granite and cabinet choices..... Tomorrow morning we go back and make a few more decisions -- we have to pick out 8 more counter tops!!!!! Some will be granite and some marble....... Plus floors.......
I couldn't believe I was able to pick all of the paint, cabinets (11 rooms w/cabinets) and glaze colors for trim work and cabinets! LOL!

We let the kids pick their room colors -- Claire's is Blushing Bride (pink), Samantha's is Mystical Grape and Elvis's is Fresh Lime.

The granite in the Kitchen and in the Butler's Pantry will be *St Cecilia* -- we thought that was neat since Samantha's Confirmation name is St Cecilia.

Marcie, I think I have seen the Invisible but can't remember what it was about. Just ask Heidi. I NEVER remember shows. Heidi always has to tell me.....Mom you saw that already. LOL

This is a new house. Summer of 2006 we redid our entire first floor -- new kitchen EVERYTHING! LOL! I don't envy you at all! It is terrible to live in a house being redone!

Believe me it wasn't easy! LOL! I had someone that *guided* me. I'm really *nervous* about picking out the other 8 counters and all the tile work in 4 of the bathrooms and the kitchen! I just realized I probably have to pick out tile (for backsplashes) in 2 more places...........

DH told me that I should just tell the woman helping us what colors we like and let her pick everything. I just may! She told me today that we need to come up with something to do on the wall above the stove top...... I looked at her and said *We're not really good at that type of thing* That was an understatement!

Well I want to be there for you. I feel like you are the little sister I always wanted. Grant it I am much older than you but still. lol

Biofreeze? What is it? Where do I buy it?

For about 30 minutes tonight I was headache free. lol By the time I got home today my head was killing me. Like I said yesterday it is all at the base of my skull. Jeff put some of the instant stress relief gel on my head and I took 2 Iburphen and that seemed to help for about 30 minutes. Now it hurting again. I am going to call the Dr again.

Since my life has to go on regardless of how I feel I did work, I have cleaned house and I have walked 2 miles on the treadmill. Not sure how wise it was to walk since now my head is hurting again. lol

Oh I want to see pictures. Sandy please say you have some. Those babies are so adorable!!

Heidi, poor Chris. I feel sorry for him. I am always afraid I will do that! My dad has done it before. lol

Stephanie, colors are not my strong point unless I have an unlimited budget. Which it sure sounds like you have. I have expensive taste but do not have the budget for that so my beer budget can not cover my champagne taste. Good luck with the choices. If in doubt ask for help.

I did the hot tub and steam room at the gym today. I don't know why I don't do that more often. I am so relaxed and I am hoping it will help me sleep better. I sure hope the doctor can help you and your headache goes away.

The Invisible is about a high school boy who is mudered and they hide his body. Well he's still here watching everything that is going on. Don't want to say much more then that because I don't want to ruin it. I thought it was a really good movie.

Selena, you probably should go see a doctor about your headache. I worry about you since the accident. I think of you daily.....and I mean that.

I realized today, too, that Jrsy has been MIA. I got an email from Cristi so I know she is alive and well.

Wish I had a hot tub to go soak in. We are wanting one but have to decide if we are going to add on to the house first. We also have to build a shed before we buy a hot tub. Guess I will have to use Heidi's twin's hot tub for a while.

Marcie - sounds like a great movie that I am going to have to check out. I always wonder the same thing about the hot tub at the gym...I pay for it so why don't I ever use it???

I leave for Florida tomorrow. My sister told me that the neurologist was finally able to squeeze Tyler in next Wednesday so that is better than January.

Okay, Chris is taking his duties a little serious. When he got off work yesterday (at noon) he stopped by my cousins house. My older cousin's car was there so Chris knocked on the door. When my cousin answered Chris asked him, "what's her name" "why did it take you so long to answer the door" and "are you going back to school". I told Chris he needs to let them take responsibility and show that they can be trusted but they can't with always showing up at their doorstep.

(ok, ok I did drive by their house after kickboxing to find my cousin's car gone, but I did NOT knock on the door!!!)
