Jrsy - you must be staying busy at work, haven't heard much from you!!!!

I can't wait until Friday so I can get my pictures printed and put away in an album. I have to label the pictures while I know now, which twin is which!!!!

Yep, that would be me wearing the stylish orange vest and holding the sign so everyone can cross safely. Each class in the school has a week that they are on safety duty and the parents have to sign up to help out. I have to help this afternoon again and I talked DH into helping out tomorrow afternoon since he gets off work early on Fridays. This week was for Rachel's class. I have to help for Jacob's class in January I only signed up for one day of helping then. Maybe I should take a thermos with me

Speaking of docs Grey's Anatomy comes on tomorrow night. I'm glad because there hasn't been much on to interest me in the past few nights.

I can't wait for GA tonight either! Rachel and I do like Gilmore Girls too. We enjoyed the premiere on Tuesday. After that went off there was a new show called Runaway. I thought it was pretty good too. It was about this guy that was falsely accused of murder and he takes off with his family until he can clear his name. Kind of like The Fugative with a family....

I only have 37 more days until we are in Miami. I am starting to freak out because I still have a few things to buy. I am set. I just got another Red Dress for red dress night. I decided to wear a short one this time.

I still have to buy shoes and a suit for Erik and a dress shirt. I have him a tie already. Red for red dress night of course. MacKenzie needs a pair of silver heels. Then I will be done!! Oh I am going to order some more blinking cups to give to the kids.

Man, I knew I needed something to complete the ensemble. Thanks Heidi, I do what I can. We haven't been to Monkey Bizness. We did do this in the backyard for Jacob's b'day this year though

Okay, I can't seem to make the picture bigger. Whenever I click on properties from the bigger picture to copy into the image button, it has some weird thing with "render" and a bunch of #'s and letters and nothing shows up on the reply. Then if I click properties from the small picture the "image" with all of the stuff comes up, but it puts this teeny, tiny picture.

I have an appointment with the girl that cuts my hair, Saturday morning to cut and color my hair. Well my friend at work wants me to try the girl who does her hair. She called and made me an appointment at the same time and told me I need a change. Is this bad to go to someone else? I feel guilty but excited, I hope it's not drastic. I just want to go darker for fall and winter.

What's everyone up to this weekend? Rachel and I went to "The Lion King" last night downtown. It was really good. The costumes were just great. A little later today the kids and I are going to drive up to Loveland to my mom and dad's house and pick up my grandmother. She is going to stay with us until Tuesday. I think we will take her to White Fence Farm for dinner tonight.

How was the Beer festival Jrsy? Are you still recovering?

Cristi I have been on a shoppig quest. I had to find a black suit for Erik, shoes and a dress shirt. MacKenzie a bra with clear straps and silver shoes.

I found a suit for E at a consignment store in town for only $8.03. I was so happy. I have been watching ebay and never could find one that I was sure enough about plus the prices were right at $40 with shipping. I had to buy the suit without him trying it on and there is no return policy. I figured for that price if it does not fit I could make money on it by putting it on ebay. And I plan on doing just that when I get home too! I also found a pair fo shoes for him. Found the bra for MacKenzie but no silver shoes yesterday.

We went back shopping today and found her silver shoes. I got a great deal on them too!! Now all I lack is the dress shirt for Erik. I will hunt for it next weekend.


I had to call RCI and put notes in the system about those people that are on our sailing. My friend has a restraining order and notes on the system. We have been advised to go to Guest Relations when we board and tell security as soon as we board. Go thing we are getting on prior to anyone else! My friend is a Diamond member and I am praying since we are cruising together we can go in with her.

That just stinks about the restraining order and stuff Selena. Someone always has to start stuff. It sounds like you had a lot of sucess shopping. One more month and you are cruising!!!

I got my hair cut and colored. It is really dark now and I love it. Way different then the blonde highlights. It does have some red highlights in it though. She cut about 2 inches off but it's still past my shoulders. Good thing I had so much hair for her to cut.

Wow, Selena, that is terrible about the restraining order. I hope your cruise goes well. That is great that you got the suit for $8! Last year Jacob had to write a small speech about a civil rights leader and then present it to the class. He picked Martin Luther King Jr. He wanted to wear a suit. He doesn't have one. He did have a white shirt, tie and navy pants though. At the last minute I went over to Goodwill and lucked out, they had a little navy sports coat for $2.50. It just barely fit him and doesn't this year, but boy was he cute for his speech.

Wow, Jrsy hasn't made it back yet? Should we go find him, is he still stuck down in the Convention Center? I heard there was around 100 booths with different kinds of beers.

Jrsy - you have to tell me how the beer festival went. I heard that it was excellent but only 1 bathroom!!! Chris and I wanted to go but it was his weekend for the girls so we went and watched Open Season. It was a cute movie.

Cristi - I watched my niece and nephew yesterday so that my sister and BIL could see The Lion King. They go every time it is here, they love it. That is my sister's favortie movie.

Selena - restraining order? Oh my, I am wondering what happened there. I wish my AOL email was working so that I could email you since I know you can't get pm's very easily at work.

Marcie - You hair sounds cute!!! I would have felt guilty going to someone else, but that's because my hair dresser has cut my hair for most of my life.

Do we ship Cosmo to Selena for sure? If no one responds to who get's Cosmo, then my guess is Selena and he will be shipped to her this week!!!!!! I can't wait for my mom's computer to get back up so that I can post Cosmo's pictures. You are going to love it!!!!

My mom's computer has now been shipped out to the Geek Squads Headquarters so they said she should get her computer in 5-7 days. She is dying without her computer.

We took Joey and Tyler to Monkey Bizness and had a blast. That place is so much fun.

When we went down to see Lion King on Friday night, we saw a sign saying that the Beer Festival was sold out for that night. One girl that came up behind us was NOT happy.

Jacob and Brad went to dinner and to see Open Season on Friday while we were gone. Jacob really enjoyed the movie. Brad said it was okay, but he wouldn't want to watch it over and over like Jacob.

Tell your mom to hang in there. I would be going nuts without my computer that long. Ours was down for a while with the hard drive issues, but at least we had 3 others to choose from to use.

I got my cast off today!!! They X-rayed my foot and the doctor showed me, I could see the line right through the bone. He said it's healing up very nicely and now I wear tennis shoes for 2 weeks. So I am very happy about that. Thank you about my hair. Everyone at works says it looks nice. I will have to post a picture of me if I ever get one.

I wanted to say something about Desperate Housewives but I didn't want to ruin anything if someone hasn't seen it.

Should we put out a search for Jrsy?

Relax, everyone, I am here! Had a great time at the beer festival and wasn't even in very bad shape on Friday morning. There is only one bathroom each but there was also a big sign over a doorway that said "more restrooms" but I think we had checked those last year and they were all portables. The regular bathrooms were very large, though, and the men's room line was longer than the one for the ladies room. I'd say the bathrooms were bigger than at Invesco Field.

Spent Saturday morning cleaning up trash, etc. along the Platte River bike trail with a group of volunteers from work. It was all within the borders of Denver and we were assigned way up north near the I-70/I-25 interchange. Tammy and one of my coworkers even donned boots and cleaned up the river itself. They found things in there that would have made a vulture barf. Yesterday we did a bit of yard work. We really took advantage of the nice weather.

This morning I had an MRI on my knee so I was over in Sandy's neighborhood and just got into work a little while ago. As the light rail passed through one of the stations, I could swear I saw Marcie standing there. Wishful thinking, I guess...
