Ok bakers....can you help me?? I love cranberry bread but anytime I make it...it comes out DARK...almost like it were banana bread!!
I thought I had found the problem..I was using butter instead of crisco...so this time I used that. It STILL came out dark!!!
I went through the recipe with my sister and we use the same exact thing....same temp and cooking time.
Anyone have any ideas whats going on here???
