Has anyone been upgraded form Garden wing to concierge level? If so any suggestions?

Only suggestion would be to pay for that upgrade!
Very very few people get the garden wing to tower upgrade, I'd think there would be about no chance from garden wing to concierge. They'd probably take someone from the wing to tower, then someone from tower to concierge.
