CR sold out for Nov/Dec 2006??

I hope someone can help!
I already have 10 nights Dec 1-10 for CR Tower MK View but need to add a night and wanted to use AAA disc on a seperate ressie. Also, I need to book 8 nights for Nov 30 2006 for the CR Wing Std View.

I called WDW 2wice and they cannot get a room to come up for Nov 30, 2006 for the CR Tower MK View or for the Standard wing rooms I need. They got Wing King room and CT tower w/o the MK view. They went a few nights in each direction but didn't get anywhere. They also tried rack rate w/o the AAA.

Do you think they are sold out this far in advance? Anyone have ideas as to why or have experience or advice? TIA.

They may have some rooms blocked off as there is a Radiology meeting there that week. So something might open up later.

yes, 2006 that is why I am confused. I know you can't book before 499 days out so I waited and then called but they could not find what I want. The CM did say to try back b/c they may only release some rooms at a time. I just thought it was very strange and wanted the experts oppinions.

They may be holding some rooms back for possible offerings on special package rates.

Between the renovations & how they hold space for conventions it really isn't all that odd imo.

Any convention space can be held by the group usually up to 90 days out (I think???) so you might get lucky as you get closer. Also, did you say you can get tower/bay side? If so I would book that & try to switch as you get closer.

Well I finally got my night for Nov 30 in MK Tower! I called back on the number I had been given for the Huber settlement and I got a wonderful CM who worked her computer pixie dust and got me my night. I still cannot get the Std View Wing but I booked the King for now. She did say that the wing rooms are just not up yet. I'll call back for those in a month or so. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! I feel like I won the lottery or something.
