CR Rewards Cash Out Problem

Hs anyone else had problems redeeming rewards thru Creation rewards?

My reward was processed Nov 16th and I waited 5 weeks and e-mailed I did get a response they were sorry and would take care of it. A week or so ago I left an e-mail asking if it was mail any have not gotten any response
I dont mind waiting just would liuke to know if they sent as promised
 
Did you get a reply yet? I read on facebook today or yesterday that all redemptions to date have now been processed. Hope you get this resolved!
 
I finally got a reply but was not helpful

After saying they were sorry it had not been processed when responding to my Dec e-mail, I know get an e-mail a few days ago that states my accounts says it they processed it on the Nov date and was sent then and must be lost
So since they gave conflicting info I have no reason to belive anything they say. I will file complaints later this week with some agencys but will no longer deal with them as I have been hearing from several others they do this alot.

I haven't had problems with cash outs, but with purchases crediting. It used to be so quick, last one took months and multiple emails. Plus no more Disney Dollars :sad1:

The main reason I tried to cash out was the last few offers I did CR did not credit me for This happens way too often with them
I do not use any other site
(or I have not but plan too)
First they say sorry did not process the reward then when I give it another 6 weeks they day was processed on the first date so 2 different replies
I still had enough points for $5 so I did Paypal at least that way they cant say reward got lost in the mail as soon as it is in my paypal account I am closing my CR account and at that time file several complaints with appropriate places
Nothing may come of it but I have emails and other proof they do this alot to many others and they should do business honestly

My address is correct and they have never had a problem sending or me recieving any rewards for the last approx 7 years I have been a member

SO this is the 3rd excuse
1. It was not processed and will be soon

approx 4-5 weeks later

2. It was sent

approx another 6 weeks later

I responded that just to send to my paypal account

it has been over 3 weeks and no response again and nothing in my paypal account.

I am giving it until this Friday then will be filing some complaints as there ie no reason for this I have been extemely patient

I have copies of all their e-mails at least
