CR/ Poly booking question

I have my next trip booked for 10-3 thru 10-8 at ASMovies. I have decided I would like to upgrade to CR but it is showing it is booked full for this time frame, so I thought okay I will do the Poly instead... well it was booked too. Is something going on during this time or is this common for them to be booked up 4 months in advance?

Call everyday, something will open up.....it always does.

It's not uncommon for them to book this early, but as Tiggersmom said, keep calling, something's bound to open up at one of them.

Four months and staying on site does not give you much time to make ADRs, and it does start to get busy again in October because of MNSSHP. It also may be that the rooms at the rate you are seeking are booked - you may need to ry a more expensive rate.

It's Columbus Day weekend. I booked later in October because of the holiday weekend and got a choice of rooms at the POly (Oct 18 - 22).

I have had the trip booked for 6 months. I have already made all my adr's... I was just wanting to change hotels. Its really no big deal if we dont get to change, but was hoping to stay at cr.

One possiblity is there could be a conference going on at the CR during those dates. We're going the end of oct. for a conference at the CR and they are expecting 600 people. We were told the rooms for this conference are being held until sept 22nd then they would be realized to the public. I would just keep trying.
