CR or Poly? CL or regular room?

Called today. At the Contemporary: No Club Level service at this time but price of rooms remains the same. No evening shows etc. for the theme park view as park is closing before dark. We called about our January trip just to get the latest info. If January is the same as now we will not pay for club level or theme park view. (We will probably cancel all together.) Cast member suggested we wait and keep club level incase things change. If things do not change it will be easy to downgrade room BUT if we downgrade now to get an upgrade may be difficult CL is already fully booked for January. So holding pattern for us. Waiting for the vaccines.

I've stayed at both but not CL. There are benefits to both but I much prefer Poly.

The GF isn't an option? By the time you go, the walkway to MK should be finished. Thought I'd throw a wrench into the works!

I’m going to go against what most are saying and vote for CR over Poly. I didn’t like my stay at Poly, I do love the theme and the restaurants there, but prefer to visit it instead of stay there. I didn’t like going outside to get to my room, in Florida it can rain a lot, can be really hot and humid. I loved my theme park view room from CR, I watched fireworks many nights from our balcony. I haven’t stayed in club level for either though, so can’t give an opinion on that.

The Polynesian is now going to be closed until Summer 2021 (mid-July). They are going to a Moana island theme, upgrades at the GCH and the Monorail station closes this October as construction / remodel work begins. Monorails will through the station but no stops!

So it looks like Tikiman wins again with his original pic's of the Test rooms.
