CR first timer, garden view wing booked, have ? about requests

I really want North wing, as close to the Tower as possible. I noticed from the CR maps that those rooms are numbered 7101-7188.

When making my request should I say...

North Wing
close to tower

or North Wing
rooms 7101-7188

Again guys, I know this is just a REQUEST, I'll be fine either way. Just wondering the best way, should I call (booked BRP online) and fax?

Back in 2003, when we stayed Poly con. I had 3 requests made through them and got all 3, in May at POR (I requested bldg 14, 15 or 16) the CM just looked at me like Oh, WELL you have bldg 26.
