What is the difference between the 14th floor and 12th floor CL?

Is there any way to gaurantee a MK view?

Which do you recommend with kids ages 4,7,9,11?

Would you still do CL with the dining plan?

I have never stayed there and only ate here once so I have very little knowlege of the resort but it is strong in the running for our GG.
