CR Diver ?

I left Debbi a voice mail requesting a diver for DDs 13th birthday over a month ago and have not heard from her. Does anyone know if I should try again or just keep waiting? Also, if I can't book a diver does anyone have other ideas to make DDs b-day special? We are eating breakfast at CRT and have ADRs for all of DDs requested restaurants already. Coral Reef was her favorite in December and her sister had a diver for her B-day trip last April so I am looking for something extra special for the younger sister (it's a mom thing!). Thanks so much

It took me leaving 3 messages for her to call me back. I will call her again.

I would call her back. Sometimes she returns calls right away and other times it takes a while. Make sure you leaver her all your info; ADR #, phone #, your e-mail. Tell her you're celebrating your DD's b-day. She busy making a lot of magic happen but a month seems a bit to long IMO. Good luck.

I didn't even get Debbie. When I called for our diver, I was put on hold, the CM took all of my info, then told me she was new. She told me how to get the personalized menu, which we emailed, but never heard from anyone. My TA said we should be fine, but I'm still nervous!

I would send an e-mail to the address you sent your pictures and politely ask if they got them okay. I did this with Debbi and received a verification within mintues. It put my mind at ease.

Me too. I asked her to respond that she received my information. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving it with another CM and especially a new one.
