CR - Are all rooms renovated?

I noticed some pictures (dated 2006) in this website that show 2 floors of the tower rooms that are not renovated.

I suppose I should have asked this question before I changed from AKL to CR.

I was under the impression that the suites and rooms on the 14th floor went through a minor upgrade, not the significant upgrade the other rooms got.

That is correct and the same can be said about the 14th floor lounge, because it also only got a minor renovation.
