CR Arcade Question

Do the games at the CR arcade area take quarters or tokens? Is there a change machine available? Thanks!!

I seem to recall that they mostly take tokens. There are change/token machines, and for most of the time there's an attended booth/CM's to get tokens from/make change with.

It's the largest arcade on property! We had a blast!

They changed the arcade so it takes a 'card'. You have to purchase a credit type card and insert this into the machine. I really did not like this set up. I purchased $25, my husband purchased another card and then my mon got each of my kids a card and came home with at least half.

Wow! LOL! Things change fast! I was only there about 2 years ago--it's proably easier for them having guests use a card then handling coins and tokens.

I've seen my son in an arcade at a resort town an hour from our home, $25 won't last long.

I really liked the card system when we were at the CR this July. You could reload the cards with cash or just charge back to your room. No need to carry around dirty quarters or tokens in weighed down pockets or cups. We thought it was really handy. Very easy to use.
