Citricos DOES have a Citrus Creme Brulee that is excellent. One of the best I have found at the world. Nice hard carmalized sugar top, creamy - slight citrus tang to the smooth, creamy custard and its HUGE!

Scarlett, it’s basically a custard (pretty much just eggs, cream & sugar). It’s topped with sugar and the sugar is burned, making a hard crust on top. Delicious.
