Can someone tell me which of these two is nicer? I have only stayed onsite, but I need a two bedroom this time. I have made reservations to split between the villages and hgvc international drive. Can someone tell me if these are good choices? Thanks so much!! I have learned so much from this board!!

In my opinion, the Vistana Villages have a nicer pool area and is landscaped nicer than Cypress Pointe Grand Villas. You mentioned HGVC, so I'm not sure if you mean Cypress Pointed or Hilton Grand Vacation Club. Haven't stayed at HiltonGrand. Cypress Pointe is great for the price. The units are nice and large and clean. But....I really loved the pool and tiki bar set up at the Vistana Villages. There is a huge zero entry pool with spray fountain and waterfall. In addition, there are a couple hot tubs and an adults only pool.

Happy planning!

Thanks so much for the fast reply. You have it right. I wanted to compare the villages with cypress point, because of the price difference. My reservation is for the villages and the hilton. Thanks Again!! Anyone else have an opinion?

We've also stayed at both CPGV and VV....as the previous poster noted CPGV is a great value (along with Cypress Pointe). CP/CPGV does not have a zero entry pool if that is important to you. VV offered some kids activities (for a fee) when we were there - again, CP/CPGV does not. It really depends on what extras you are looking for.....

I've never stayed at CPGV, but we stayed at Vistana Villages a year ago and both my husband and I think it is one of the nicest condos we have ever been to, (we've been to a lot)! It was immaculate, gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. They had lots of activities and the grounds are beautiful! We can't wait to go back. Debby

I am confused are you talking about besides Sheraton Vistana Village

Cypress Pointe in LBV

or

HGVC at SW or ID?

IF HGVC then it gets my vote - one of the nicest timeshares around. It is not cheap - so you could probably save some money with Cypress pointe.

HGVC at SW is directly across from SW

the one at ID is directly across from a Publix and behind Orlando Premium Outlet Mall - a great place to shop.

Now I love CP - but hey a Hilton is a Hilton - and they have great timeshares.

I'm talking about the hilton on international drive. I'm splitting the time between there and the villages, just hopeing I made the right choice. Thanks for the responses!!

You wont be dissappointed. The Hilton is the nicest timeshare around. The Villages is also good.. but no where near as nice at HGVC I drive!
