CP or LTT prior to Spectro

Where would you eat prior to SM?? Can you watch the parade from the porch of CP after dinner? or is the area near LTT better?
We will stay to watch FiTS afterward.

We ate at LTT before Spectro last jan. It worked out great! After dinner we walked a little further towards frontierland and were able to get a spot pretty easily.
