CP or 1900PF

Ok, so here is the dilema.
When I made my ADR's Crystal Palace had no availabiltiy on Dec 1st so I made an 11am at 1900 Park Fare for the Breakfast Buffet.
Well today I called on a whim and they had a 8:15 at Crystal Palace- before the park opens.
We plan on spending the whole day in Magic Kingdom except when my DH with a bad heart has to go back to hotel for a rest break and then DS and myself will hit the park alone.
Which ressie should I keep- where would we have the best meal and best time.

Personally, I prefer CP over 1900PF, plus that's the park you want to spend the day at so it would be convenient.

Depends.. We have done and like them both. Food is better at 1900PF but characters and service were better at CP. Nice to be in the park early, but that makes your DH's morning longer, can he handle that. Would 1900 at 11:00 be a good break for DH or just break up the time you can spend together at MK?

Which characters do the kids like better????

Characters aren't that big a deal for DH or DS- they are mainly doing them for me and I love them all.
Basically it would mean we would either hit the park at 9 do a couple of rides and then leave to make the 11 ressie at 1900PF and then back to hotel for rest break for DH or hit the early breakfast and ride the rides till he needs a break and then take him back to the hotel.
How long does it take to get from MK to GF? can you take the monorail or just the DE

I would do the CP...because you get to see the park before it opens........

The food is wonderful in both, the characters are amazing! But I would choose CP.

Though I really liked the food at 1900 PF for breakfast. I say take the 8:15am at CP. It's really neat getting into the park before it's open. Plus then you won't have to leave MK to get to PF for 11:00am.

No brainer...keep the CP!! It is soo nice to be in the park before it opens, eat, and then start touring. You won't want to back track in the middle of your day to GF!!!

I agree, we love being in the park when it isn't open, something really special, like it's all yours! Plus by the time you get back from 1900, the parks will be busy. Go with CP, that's what you wanted anyway!
