CP Discounts on Tickets and Dining Plan?

I know that we get 40% off of rooms and can let in up to three people up to six times, but what about tickets after that? What kind of discount do we get? I have three different groups of family members that all want to visit separately! I've heard we also get discounts on the dining plan sometimes? Any truth to this? My grandparents are on a fixed income but they are as Disney-nuts as I am so I want to plan the best trip possible for them. I think my grandma is the only person as excited about my CP as I am!

What is DU? Disney University?

Also, what types of park tickets can a cast member buy at a discount? Does the discount extend to all types of Magic Your Way tickets, including ones with the park hopper and no expiratuion options?
