CP dinner package for 12-26

I currently have a dinner package for the day after Christmas, but I am having second thoughts. Does anyone have any educated guesses or actual experience with the standby line on that day. I know crowds will still be high, but is it possible that most people will have wanted to see the show before Christmas?

That's a Friday night during a very crowded time. I would hang onto the package.

We say it on Dec 26 several years ago in the standby line. But we were near the end of the line for one show and stood in the line near the front through that show just to have seats for the next show. I agree to keep the package. We did this last year and it was much nicer. The CP line was also long, but we did get into the theater.
