CP Dinner for MNSSHP - Characters in Costume?

Quick Question...

I was looking over my planned ADRs for our upcoming Sept 2011 trip, & I got to wondering.

Are the characters at CP in Halloween costumes the nights of MNSSHP?

I know the LTT characters used to be, but I couldn't remember about the CP characters.
