CP after graduation?

I've always wanted to do the college program, but it would be difficult for me to take off a semester. So, I plan on applying for the semester right after I graduate, which would be Fall 2011. Has anyone else done this? It seems like most people on these boards go during their sophomore/junior years.

I'm doing the CP Fall Advantage 2010 and I'm graduating college on May 15th. So, the answer is YES! As long as you are enrolled when you apply, you're good to go!

Lots of people do this. Two of my three roommates had just graduated so you won't be alone.

Me too! Graduating in 12 days and starting my CP in 21 days!

I was hoping to do it while I was taking time off school, but as long as you're in a college class you can apply.

Yep, I graduate in 4 days and go down to Orlando in August. As long as you are still enrolled in school when you complete the interview you are still eligible for the CP.

I did it after graduation. It was nice not having to worry about classes and such like a couple of my roomies. A lot of people who I knew did the CP afterwards transferred to regular CM status after their program. Which, if that's your field, is a great way to get your start in the company.

I'm late but I'm doing the exact same thing. I graduate the day after tomorrow scared1 and arrive for the CP on August 9th!

If I remember correctly, the applications were up around mid-January. The 20th, maybe the 21st?

I just graduated and will be arriving in August for my first program. The only downfalls I see about doing the program now is that I can't do another program. I have to extend this CP or try for a PI, if I want to continue with Disney, since I'm no longer a student. Besides that, I don't see any other downfalls to it.
