Cowboy cookout / tea party

Hi

May have just imagined this but I thought I read somewhere that the tea party had been moved to here? We are going at the end of the month and am hoping to do an early dinner here, after parade at 5 but before all the christmas stuff at 7pm but wondered if it would be open?

I think it was said that the tea party would be moving here in April but don't quote me on that!!
