Oh help, please!
This may be the last trip for which we eat much at WDW. We enjoyed QSDP much better than DDP, but don't know how to handle our upcoming QSDP trip. I've got a new cow dairy allergy and can't always sub soy cheese or soy milk - once or maybe twice a week I can get away with - else I need rice/almond/coconut milk or sheep/goat dairy. (I'm so grateful that, so far anyway, I can still have non-cow dairy.)
Are there any QS locations that use or can sub goat or sheep cheese for cow cheeses or will I have to order all dairy-free and bring my own cheese?
Can I get any frozen snacks that are non-dairy, no corn-syrup, non-soy, and low-sugar? At home I have found "so delicious" coconut milk frozen dessert which lets me serve others ice-cream without getting cranky.
Ice-cream snacks are one of my family's favorites, but I want to just cry watching them eat it when I can't then I want to cry when I consider asking them to not eat it in front of me! (I'm in the ticked off phase of "accepting" this new restriction and the family doesn't yet know how to be supportive. They're great and will get there but until they do, I'd like some QS food tools so I don't feel deprived AND I don't ask them to deprive themselves. Perimenopause is NOT working well for me
none of us can wait until it's over! And can I order a normal thyroid while I'm dreaming, too?
)
TIA for any information or encouragement
