So. I have had 5 shots. Two Moderna, three Pfizer. In the past, all I suffered was a bit of a sore arm and sedation. THIS time, it's much worse. Aches, flu like illness, sedation and an inability to fall asleep, headache, shakes, pain...

And this has been going on for 48 hours now.

I belly-ache about the inoculation, but it's better than actual Covid IMO.

Ya know, I thought the same thing possibly. There’s a little remaining tenderness about one square inch at the injection site that lingers. I have gotten other vaccines at the same spot too, but don’t remember having lingering slight tenderness before the C-jab.

I'm making a guess that different types of jab react in different ways. And it also depends on which version of the jab you get.

I've had 7, not even a sore arm like I get with a flu shot.
Had covid last year, far far far worse than the shot. Fortunately I had a mild case with no lingering effects.

I have never had a reaction to any of the COVID shots. To the point that I swear they are giving me saline or something. Not even a sore arm. Yet, the flu vaccine puts me down for about 3 days.

I have only had Pfizer. Shot 1 was fine, but shot 2 sidelined me for several days. I ran a fever, which went over 103 for a day! I think it was sometime on day 4 that I finally was normal. This isn't completely out of the ordinary for me. I have strong reactions to the flu shot as well. The boosters I've had weren't as bad, but I think it was the second one that resulted in weeks of a sore arm. Admittedly, I am behind on boosters because I hate reacting like this to these things.

I had really bad tinnitus for 6 hr straight after my 1st COVID vaccine. And after the other regular periodic COVID boosters, I now have mild tinnitus pretty much all of the time. It's better than dying from COVID though.

I had tinnitus hit me out of nowhere almost 2 years ago (I think it was because of an NSAID I was taking but I was also having post-COVID eustachian tube issues). Anyway, last month I got the Shingles and flu vaccines on the same day and within an hour my tinnitus got louder and stayed like that for at least 3 days.

Pfizer for all 7 of my shots. Just a sore arm for a day or so.
Shingles shot 2 was the bad one for me

My hurt for a very long time.
For a couple of reasons I won't be getting any more but no judgement towards those that do.
