Covid Cancellation policy

I have a cruise booked on the Wonder this October. I suspect that it will probably not sail, however I would like to pay prior to the PIF date just in case it does in fact sail. If i take advantage of the Covid cancellation policy allowing cancellations up until 15 days prior to sailing, may I take the PIF funds prior to that 15 days and move them to my 2022 European sailing I have booked without penalty or may they only be moved to a NEW booking? Thank you for the help!

Thank you but I’d love to know just in case it ISN’T cancelled and I do not wish to sail.
