DD and I decided to watch this because of Piper Perabo, we are big Coyote Ugly fans. I didn't expect much..but wow..what a show, and what a cast!

Acting is really good, and so is the writing!

I also like watching Cable tv shows, since there is a better chance of it getting picked up for another season!

Royal Pains is back, Scifi brought back Warehouse 13, even BBC America is bringing back shows from last summer! Network TV is too much of a crap shoot!

We kinda liked the episode we saw.

Never saw CU, but I did like her in Beverly Hills Chihuahua! :)

Yes, I'm suprisingly liking this show. Well written, lots of layers and depth.

I've never seen this actress before.

I really like several of the series on USA TV. :thumbsup2 I also like Royal Pains, and the recently ended, In Plain Sight. I hope they bring that back next season, although they kept changing directions, trying to figure out what to do with Mary's family & love interest. I really like Mary McCormack.

I love Covert Affairs and think it fits in well after White Collar. I can't wait to see what happens.

OK, is Ben Masters, the guy she fell in love with, and who saved her life...

Do you think he is a good guy or bad guy? I think he is a spy and a good guy...but something happened (of course...LOL).

It's probably like a Jason Bourne thing, where he's a good guy, but has been framed to look bad. He obviously still cares for her, and is following her around to keep her safe. :thumbsup2

Last week was the first time I had seen White Collar. I hadn't even known it was around last season. I guess the show's commercials made it look cheesy and I never paid attention. :confused3 But, that guy's blue eyes! :faint:

They film in NYC. I wonder if I can catch a look at him. :scratchin I'll probably walk right in front of a bus, when I do.  :faint:

:lovestruc Matt Bomer has the best blue eyes. I fell in love with him when he was on Guiding Light and was so happy to see him on White Collar.

I think that Ben is a good guy that was probably framed for something he did not do. I am excited to see how he fits into the story.

Covert Affairs has been renewed for a second season.

I'm really happy to have learned this. This is clearly the best new series of the summer, in our family. It's bewildering how the broadcast networks let this one get-away to cable... it's fantastic.

There is a Covert Affairs marathon on right now until 4pm. All consecutive episodes. So set your DVR.

Then the 2 hour Season Finale tonight starting at 9pm! :happytv: popcorn::

I like most of the USA Network shows. I make sure to see the first couple of episodes of any new series they release and so far the only one over the last few years I don't really like is Royal Pains.

That's funny. I had low expectations for this show, too, but it pleasantly surprised me. Even my DH asked me not to delete it from the DVR until he gets to see it.

It's very smart and interesting. The man who plays the Auggie is just too cute, as is "Mohinder" from Heroes.

The actor playing Auggie also played the dorky Henry on Ugly Betty.

Who'd a thunk?

I got sucked into this show too! I love it!!

I really want to know where Annie gets her suits from that she wears every day - I desperately need her wardrobe consultant to dress me every day. :lmao: My suits never look that good!

Am I the only one who thinks Sendhil Ramamurthy is HOT, HOT, HOT?????

I loved him in Heroes and was so upset when they killed him off.

He reminds me of a guy I went to college with, only a bit younger. I really had to look twice when he first came on the show.

His character is a bit smarmy to me on the show. I don't quite trust him.
