Courtyard Vista Centre vs. Courtyard Marriott Village?

We have stayed at both the Courtyard and the Fairfield at the Marriott Village before and it's was perfectly fine. We usually only stay there one night prior to our check in at WDW.

Vista Centre is an older property and the pool is more basic. However, they have a whole bunch of suite rooms...if you can snag one of them it's definitely worth it to stay there. Plus, it can sometimes be easier to exit there to get to the parks (a lot of traffic backs up coming out of Marriott Village). If you stay on Palm (Vista Centre) you can take the back road in to MK.
