Courtyard Marriott distance to DL

Has anyone stayed at the Courtyard Marriot on Harbor Blvd?
The Entertainment Book website says it is only 2 blocks away?

I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn before but the Cortyard was not open last time I was in DL.

Any reviews would be helpful.

We stayed there for our trip to DL in September 07. The room was nice the bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping was great. We even had breakfast at the hotel in the morning it was great too. It was around 15- 20 minute walk. We did use the ART sometimes. But instead of waiting for the ART we just started to walk. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
