I am slowly trying my hand in this coupon thing. :confused3. I have cut coupons and I carry them in my purse so if I see something I'll look through them. So far I'm only using the ones that come in the Sunday papers.

So my question is what is a good website to find more coupons I can print out?

Thanks. :thumbsup2

I like hotcouponworld.com and livingrichwithcoupons.com

LRWC is run by a woman in NJ, so many of her posts are based on stores that are located in the Northeast. She usually has links to matching coupons within her posts. You can make a shopping list and print your coupons based on what she has posted.

For direct links to coupon printing sites, try coupons.com., couponnetwork.com, redplum.com and allyou.com. They all have printable coupons that change every week or more often.

You might also want to check the manufacture's websites for coupons that you can get from them by registering your email with them or "liking" them on Facebook.

I also use the coupon database on hotcouponworld and afullcup.com when I'm looking for specific coupons that are either in the inserts I've saved or printable from the internet.

First, you should organize your coupons. Since you're a beginner, I would just get one of those small accordian-type coupon holders that you can get at Dollar Tree or maybe Target. You should have them organized by category so they'll be easier to find once you're in the grocery store.

Second, join one of the coupon trains right here on the Dis boards! There are 2 or 3 that I'm aware of. I'm on one of them and I love it!

I like Hip2save.com she has a Facebook page also.

on the site there's a coupon data base so you can put in item you are looking for and it tells you where to get the coupon from. The site it self is great. She gives all kinds of tips, links for freebies.

Be sure to check out the websites for the products that you regularly buy & also the sites for the stores you shop at. Many have printable coupons or e-newletters {which occassionally contain coupons!} that you can register to receive. Here's a list of printable coupon websites:

http://www.redplum.com

Thank you!!! I've been looking for a 'local' coupon site.

I'd say every person learns, uses, and organizes their coupons differently. Instead of 'section', I have 2 binders and a file box. One binder is my 'definitely will use' binder which carries Q's for items I will inevitably purchase as well as the Q's for the deals that week. I use each section of this binder for each store I use- Publix (grocery), Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and then keep the others that I will definitely use at some point in order by expiration date (makes cleaning it out easier!).

The other binder I keep all of my 'loose' coupons (perhaps that were sent to me by family, tearpads, peelies, home mailers, etc.) and this, too, is organized by expiration date. My file box has hanging file folders which hold my whole coupon inserts. I do NOT cut coupons out of the paper every Sunday- look through them to get familiar, but don't cut them out until you need them- it's a lot of work sometimes!

I definitely would recommend hotcouponworld.com (you can even trade the coupons you can't use with someone for coupons you can use- for the cost of a stamp only!) as well as checking out your favorite companies on Facebook. Another suggestion I learned from couponingtodisney.com is 5-a-days where you write to 5 manufacturer's each day and give them your opinion of one of their products, and many times, they might send you coupons for those products- this way you really get coupons for products that you specifically use instead of coupons for products that you may or may not use.

Good Luck & Happy Couponing!

P.S.- Create a 'junk' e-mail account that you'll use to sign up for all the manufacturer's newsletters and for your 5-a-days, etc. This way your regular e-mail box doesn't get too overwhelmed, but you'll need to clean out your 'junk' e-mail account regularly, too!

Also, collect points from wherever you can on any products- Huggies, Beech-Nut, Pampers, Coke, Disney Movie Rewards- seems like all companies have reward programs now where you can redeem their 'points' for things you can use- baby toys, coupons, magazine subscriptions, gift cards, etc.
