Couples Massage Question Regarding the Romantic Escape Package

Can somone explain why the couples massage is $242 and the price of a massage is $109? You pay $24 more for a couple, what am I missing? My DW and I were thinking about the Romantic Escape at Sea package and were evaluating the items. Anyone who has experienced this package we would like your comments. Can you still book another night at Palo when you get on the ship? What is the romantic turndown? Is it all worth it. Will be sailing 4 weeks from today.

Hope this helps... couples massages 242.00 are together..same room. The 109.00 is for single massage. Guess the extra is to be able to do this together. We wanted our massages the day at sea...very popular time. Hubby and I were on the Feb 13th Wonder cruise and we had the REAS. Already having our spa and palos reservations was great. The basket that was in our room when we arrived was also very nice.

While at Palos your room host/hostess goes into your room and puts rose pedals on the bed and we had two swans with their heads together (makes a heart). You also get one champagne breakfast any morning except the last day. If you have kids with you order their breakfast to. We did ours on Castaway day.

Yes you can still have another night at Palos you have to make those reservations after you are on the ship.

We did the REAS because it was our first cruise and Im glad we did. We feel it was worth it.

We too did the REAS package and felt it was worth it. We did the couples massage on our first at sea day, Palo brunch on Monday, dinner on Wednesday, and room service breakfast on Castaway Cay. I would do the package again for the ease in making the reservations.

It's definitely worth it- add in the rainforest and you can get much better than that!

That is a good question. I assume when you call and book the REAS package. Thanks for all the good tips. I am going to book it tomorrow.

Also they will let you book palo's brunch and tea if you want too. They do cost extra but you can do it in advance.

When you call to add on your REAS package (I added mine on at about the 5 months before the cruise mark) your TA or DCL will tell you that DCL will contact you about 10 days before your cruise to make your Palo and couples massage ressies. However, these boards gave some info on the phone # to call at DCL to make your ressies, which I did at about the 3 month mark. Do a search on this forum and you can get the phone number. Some people have reported that their TA takes care of it for you but mine did not (AllSeasTravel)
