Hi there,
It's great to find a board with a bunch of fellow Canadians!!
I've read about people ordering from gardengrocer.com for their breakfast / snacks / drinks when they go to Disney. I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it?
Also where do you get the "Proud Canadian" icon in your signature?
Hi,
I have ordered through garden grocer. Simple.
The resort held the groceries until I returned from the park. Then bell services brought everything up to our room.

We tried GG for the first time this summer and it was not a good experience for us. I had such trouble getting them to confirm my order before we left (it took several emails and phone calls). My Mastercard was charged as soon as I originally ordered in June for our August trip but they just wouldn't respond for the longest time to repeated email and phone requests for order confirmation. I had to take the time while we were on vacation to chase down our order which was finally delivered on the day before we checked out after an 8 night stay. We sent the order straight back (everything was non-perishable) and after several more phone calls they promised to credit our Mastercard. We are still waiting for that credit. All of this being said, many others have enjoyed great service from this company. Unfortunately after months of poor service (and still counting) we won't be giving them another chance. Good luck!
We used them and were happy with their service. A little advertised fact is that you can order Alcohol from them as well. You need to be very specific with your order ie 24 cans bud lite as opposed to 24 cans of beer. I found their prices comparable to a local grocery store and best of all I sat by the pool while they shopped for me and delivered my order to my resort door. If you don't have a car a taxi to the 24 hour walmart is $15 each way. So I figure even with a tip I saved money and most importantly time. I would have had to go late at night and I was already tired. Plus, when I go to walmart (especially a non-local walmart) I always end up with tons of items not originally on my list and spending more money than I had intended too. But maybe that's just me??
