Couple questions on parade at MVMCP

So, this will be our first trip w/our kids and our first time to MVMCP. Couple of questions....we want to see the earlier parade, most likely, do you need to line up as early as before Spectro? An hour ahead of time? And, whats a good location to watch the Christmas parade (with a 4 yo, probably somewhere near a bathroom!) and Wishes? Thanks!

If you want a curb seat for the first parade, you need to find a spot early. I always like it on Main Street with the snow falling.
