Couple of dining questions

Hey you guys...
Just wondering what is better, as far as taste:

The regular dinner menu at Storyteller's, or the dinner buffet?

Also, for our anniversary dinner, would you choose Steakhouse 55 or Napa Rose?

In late November last year we were at DL on our way to WDW and we tried the Storyteller regular menu for lunch and the buffet for breakfast and I muched preferred the regular menu for choice and food quality.

We also had dinner at Napa Rose and really loved it. The food and wine was to die for.

That sounds delish! Do they do any type of a wine/food pairing menu?
