Couple of 3 night cruise questions

My sister and I and her girls are planning a 3 day cruise for July 4th, and are wondering the following:
Is there a formal night and how formal is it?
Are capri pants ok for the dining room?
Should we bring our own beach towels for Nassau?
And what are absolute necessities to bring?

No formal night on the 3 day, Tritons night is the dressiest

Capri pants, lets just say that women wear them in the dining rooms. Disney is not as formal as the other lines.

Towels, you can borrow some from the pools on Deck 9, just make sure you bring them back.

Absolute necessities: Sun screen, and after sun gel, you will get burned unless you reapply every 2 hours. Multiply swimsuits, since one will always be wet, and nothing is worse than putting on a wet suit. Pack a day outfit and dinner outfit for each day and two spare day outfits. Remember to pack swim clothes in a day bag to carry on, the pools are open from the time you board, and your luggage will get to the stateroom by 6pm. I've packed for cruises 20 some times and still forget something every trip.
