I just got a piggy bank that counts as you put the money in. We're leaving in eight weeks and I was hoping to have $100 in change by then, but after emptying my pockets today, I already have $16.44! It's so motivating to see it going up every day. As much as I hate Canadian one and two dollar coins, they sure add up fast!

Ill be adding pop and beer can money to this as well. I think I should hit $200 by the time we leave.

We picked up a counting coin jar just after Christmas on the clearance rack of our local Kohl's and will strictly use what we save towards our Disney spending money. We use ours to save just silver coins (no pennies) and must admit that it's become a sort of "forced savings" for us. From the time we got it,I started rounding up every time I make a purchase forcing myself to get change back and each week I empty my wallet and deposit my coins. We've managed to already save close to $200 in just coins!

I recently grabbed a large jar and some paint from walmart for about 5 dollars and made this! It was really fun to make and as you can see I already have a nice layer of coins!

My husband has a huge change jug. I always tease him that he just uses more bills to gain the change.
Myself, I just automatically have $10.00 a week go in my 2nd savings.

We empty our pockets every night. It does add up. We have in 2 months saved around $300 and we never miss it. I never use change any more just save it. By December we are hoping to have $1000 or more. That will be our spending money for Disney as we have free dining!!!
