I'm counting down to March 28th hoping that it will be the day FREE DINING is announced. Yes, it's just speculation, but I'm keeping my fingers, toes and eyes crossed! Who's with me???

You could be right...I had March 28th in my head because the current offers expire on March 27th.

In 2006, 2007 and 2008 Free Dining was anounced the first week of April for Disney Visa holders and 2nd week of April for general public.

In 2009 the Visa free dining offer was announced March 26th and for general public March 30th.

I just keep hoping that someone that works in advertising somewhere can leak a little information about the deal to come. I remember that happened 2 years ago! It just helps take the edge off.

But I can't wait to just get the promotion and book this vacation, make my ADR's, buy my plane tickets, and print my itinerary out!!!

In 2009 the Visa free dining offer was announced March 26th and for general public March 30th.

I remember in 2005 the news came out on April 1st. It was the first year of free dining and so many people thought it was an April Fools Joke!

Do you remember the dates for the offer? As I recall (if correct) that free dining didn't start until August? I remember it extending into late Sept for at least some of the years. We only got to take advantage once and that was because we arrived on the last day of the offer, which was around Sept. 25 that year.

I too am booked and going either way. Free dining would allow me to upgrade to the deluxe plan.

A card came in the mail with Ratatioulle and it says "The secret ingredient to the perfect vacation" and in it was a pin for free dining.

I have also enjoyed the free dining in the past ans have my fingers crossed..... I am paying for my family and my brothers family....I would save 2000 dollars if FD is announced!!! We are doing the DXDP and it would cut our costs in half!! Familyof4~ we are headed only a day apart...enjoy your vaca!!

I am sure it was the same one I got in the mail...it is for free quick service dining. I am still holding out for free basic dining so I didn't book it.

Last fall's bounce back was for FD (basic) between Aug 14 and Oct 2 2010.
PINS that went out this Jan was for FD (QSD for values, Basic for rest) for same dates

IFF a public offer or DVR or both come out, chances are it'll be those dates. But could be QSD only with the option to upgrade.
