Counter Service with Drink Refill Stations

Which Theme park counter service restaurants have refillable drink stations?

Off the top of my head I can remember Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons at Epcot both having self-service drink stations. There could very well be others but those are the only two I can think of right now (at least of the places we've eaten at).
