We've always heard how packed the table service restaurants get during the free dining promotion, but what about the counter service? We'll be going 9/22-9/27 with free dining. Just wondering if counter service restaurants are affected in the same manner? :thanks: in advance!!!

Some of the park counter service restaurants will be busier than average.

The best advice is the same as always though - eat early or late to avoid the crowds.

Having lunch at 12:30 - 1pm means dealing with heavy crowds.

Having lunch at 11am (when they open) generally means lots of seating and lower crowds.

I think they are definitly busy, on Sunday we tried on several occassions to get a spicey pretzel in tomorrorland and they were consistently out of all pretzels, at that same place we tried for a Turkey leg and they were out of that at 7pm as well, they said they were waiting for more.
