Where can I get a full list of counter service restaurants that are on the Dining Plan? Preferably grouped by Resort/Park.

This link takes you to the Restaurant list for wdwinfo. Just select the location from the drop down list and it will bring up a list of all dining locations inside that park as well as the type of dining it is (TS, CS or snack)

Also, all CS restaurants in WDW are on the dining plan.

There are still a couple of places at DTD that don't take the dining plan (Ghirardelli's, stores on the West Side.) And the Boardwalk kiosks still don't take it, although the pizza window now does.
