Counter Service in Germany

Can anyone tell me a little about the CS in Germany?
I have never really noticed it before, is there a sit down
area to eat at?

A few patio style tables with seating. It's in the alcove area as you enter for the Biergarten, hidden from the Epcot walkway. If you are there near a normal mealtime often people are sitting here waiting for their Biergarten ADR to be called.

Limited menu, but good for a quick bratwurst fix!

The table aren't plentiful. When it's busy it's important to have one person stalking tables while the other waits in line. I love this place. A must do every trip.

The desserts here are exceptional, especially if you are on the dining plan. My husband loves the cheesecake and I love the black forest cake. You get a very large, high quality portion which is so different from the prepackaged desserts you get other places.
