If I want to get like yougrt and a muffin... could I get this with a CS credit, not using snack credits...

Go to the Grab 'n Go section at your resort and aske the CM. You should be able to get the bakery item, beverage and probably the yogurt with the CS credit. At CBR there was a really wide selection, including fresh fruit plates to chose from. The bakery selections were plentiful and huge portion sizes.
