My family is staying at Coronado Springs. We are on the free dining plan and thought we would use some counter service credits at Pepper Market for breakfast. (I assume this is eligible for counter service). I noticed on the menu at allearsnet it says that a 10% gratuity is automatically added. Is this covered by a CS credit or do I have to pay it out of pocket?
Thanks! :)

The tip is included with the dining plan. We stayed at CSR last August on the dining plan and found the servers and managers to be the least informed cms. The manager was not very nice and they would not allow fruit cups as part of the counter service meal when the other resorts were doing so. I know this because we stayed at POR in Sept and they allowed fruit cups as part of the dining plan. There were quite a few posts about what was allowed on these boards prior to going that there were times that I knew more than the cms. The cashiers were very slow and made mistakes everyday. Be sure to check you receipts before you walk away.

I stayed there last year and found many of the same things, but it varied depending on the cashier you got. I always got what I wanted in the end though and had no serious questions. I think this particular restaurant fell under scrutiny when it was widely reported you got the best value here and were using the old meal vouchers by the hundreds . The staff was told to be more selective in what they allowed.
