Countdown timer

OK, OK I am sorry I dont have any excuses, but I cant find the instructions for the countdown timer. Yes I have done it on at least 3 previous occasions, but i have forgotten how to do it. So can someone please direct me? Thanks in advance & sorry. God I feel stupid!

Thanks, hopefully thenew countdown will be posted below. Its great to be able to tell the kids how many days are left. My oldest is 4 on November 10th & he has his 'look forward toos' in his head. First his birthday, then Christmas, then Easter, then going to see his friend Mickey. Well actually its Buzz!

We fly out from Manchester on 29th April with Virgin. There are 9 of us going this time. My parents came with us in September & my sister her husband & 8 year old son are visiting for the first time. We fly back on the 13th May. Are you flying out the week before? Is it easier for you guys to fly from Gatwick? Are you stopping on Disney poperty? With 9 of us we thought it would be easier to hire a Villa. I just love the way the kids cant wait to go swimming every morning & night.
